I wasn’t familiar with the Pointer breed until I started fostering. I fostered one, and I fell in love. Then, I fostered a second and sobbed when he was adopted. I kept the third one– Trapper, who for the past 11 years has been my ambassador dog. He’s the perfect gentleman, and the most perfect dog.
